This Cookie Policy explains how Funnl Software, Inc. (“Funnl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or use our platform. Because our clinical decision support architecture is “Stateless” regarding patient data, we do not use cookies to track, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI).

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server in the domain that placed the cookie. We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure our platform functions securely and efficiently.

Funnl primarily uses Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies. These are required for the operation of our Service and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions made by you, such as logging in or filling in forms. Our essential cookies include:

Authentication & Sessions (Supabase): Used to verify your administrative or nurse account, maintain your secure session, and prevent unauthorized access.

Security & Payments (Stripe): Used for fraud prevention and to securely process subscription payments.

Infrastructure (Vercel): Used for edge network routing and essential load balancing to keep the application fast and reliable.

At this time, Funnl relies only on the essential operational cookies listed above. We do not currently deploy third-party marketing, retargeting, or advertising cookies on the core triage application. If our tracking practices change, we will update this policy and request your consent where legally required.

Because our current cookies are strictly necessary for the application to function and secure your session, you cannot opt out of them through our platform. However, you can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but please note that some parts of the Funnl application will not work if you block essential authentication cookies.
