The triage infrastructure provided through our platform is explicitly designed to assist licensed healthcare professionals and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or direct patient care.

Funnl does not provide emergency services. If a patient is experiencing a medical emergency, the attending provider or user must direct them to call 911 or their local emergency services immediately, or proceed to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on electronic communications or this software for immediate, urgent, or life-threatening medical needs.

Funnl provides standardized triage pathways intended for use by trained nurses and healthcare professionals. The healthcare provider, practice, or organization utilizing Funnl assumes full, absolute, and sole responsibility for all clinical decisions, patient assessments, final dispositions, and treatments. Funnl is a tool to assist in the triage workflow and does not dictate patient care. Healthcare providers must always exercise their independent clinical judgment and may override the software’s suggestions at any time.

The use of Funnl’s software does not create a doctor-patient, nurse-patient, or any other healthcare professional-patient relationship between Funnl Software, Inc. and any individual or patient being triaged.
